This 14 days short trek allows the trekkers to view the most spectacular mountains, rich traditional settlements and scenic locations delivering a fascinating insight that the Annapurna region offers. The trekking trail passes through villages, terraced farmlands, lush green forests and unparalleled scenic mountains. It will invigorate your mind and soul allowing you to have an insight into the culture and life of the Nepali people in the rural settings. The heart of Annapurna displays the most dramatic view of the region with the towering snow covered peaks and picturesque landscape.
At the end of this short trek in the high hills of Annapurna region, the trip continues south of Nepal to the Terai where the Indian sub-continent begins, for the observation of wild animals in their natural habitat, birds and vegetation inside the first national park of Nepal, Chitwan National Park via rafting through the rapids of Seti River. With two days of jungle activities we return back to Kathmandu.
Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel.
Day 02: Drive Kathmandu to Pokhara and then to Majagaon (1,400m).
Day 03: At Majgaon.
Day 04: Trek Majgaon to Landrung (1,630m).
Day 05: At Landrung.
Day 06: Trek Landrung to Ghandruk (2,012m).
Day 07: Trek Ghandruk to Birethanti (1,025m).
Day 08: Trek Birethanti to Seti River Camp (270m).
Day 09: Rafting on the Seti River. Camp.
Day 10: Rafting on the Seti River to Chitwan (150m).
Day 11: In Chitwan National Park. Full day jungle activities.
Day 12: Drive from Chitwan to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel.
Day 13: Free day in Kathmandu.
Day 14: Transfer to airport. Trip concludes!
