What places and activities do you specialize in?
"I specialize in technical climbing peaks such as Ama Dablam, Lobuche, and Mera Peak, as well as longer, challenging treks including the Mustang, Kanchenjunga, and High Passes of Everest. I also design family-friendly treks to Gokyo Lakes and cultural tours that allow travelers to interact closely with Sherpa communities."
How did you get involved in travel?
"Trekking and climbing are in my bloodline. As a teenager, I began working as an assistant guide, carrying loads and learning route details. I trained formally in mountaineering and rescue, which gave me the skills to lead groups at high altitude with confidence. My goal has always been to give people safe and memorable experiences in my homeland."
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"One unforgettable experience was a winter trek to Gokyo with a small group. The frozen lakes and solitude in the valley created a surreal atmosphere. Guiding my group across the icy trails and watching their amazement reinforced my belief that every season in the Himalayas has a magic of its own."
