We just came back from our second trek with Nepal Myths and Mountains Trails and thoroughly enjoyed it. Last year we did the Poonhill trek so this time we wanted something a bit more challenging. Pikey Peak was a good level for us, although we were unlucky with the weather which meant we had snow at the top and conditions were a bit more difficult than expected. Our guide and portas were extremely supportive and helpful through the toughest parts and we never felt unsafe. 
The whole trip was very well organized - all connections went smoothly, management at NMMT were responsive to questions and the guide, Lhakpa, was experienced, friendly and able to judge the abilities of our group well and make adjustments to the trek as needed. 
We would use NMMT again when we next go back to Nepal and would recommend to others.
