Itinerary Details
Day 1: Welcome to Nepal: Arrival
Flying into Kathmandu, enjoy views over valleys, the Himalayas, and terraced fields. After customs, a representative will greet you and guide you through Kathmandu’s narrow streets to your hotel. Explore cultural attractions at leisure in the afternoon.
Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour
Visit Boudhanath Stupa, one of the world’s largest Buddhist stupas; Swayambhunath, the “Monkey Temple” offering panoramic valley views; and Bhaktapur Durbar Square, an ancient medieval city known for its art and architecture.
Day 3: Fly from Kathmandu to Chitwan
After breakfast, catch a short flight to Terai plains and Chitwan National Park. Transfer to Barahi Jungle Lodge surrounded by forest canopy with cozy rooms. Begin half-day sightseeing including Tharu village, crocodile breeding center and cultural evening.
Day 4: Full-day Chitwan Activities
Enjoy a packed day of activities including breakfast, canoe trip, elephant breeding center visit, jeep safari, jungle walk with bird watching, and dinner. All meals included.
Day 5: Drive from Chitwan to Pokhara
Drive approximately 4-5 hours through hilly roads to Pokhara, famed for stunning mountain views. After check-in and welcome briefing, visit Phewa Lake with a boat ride and Tal Barahi Temple located on an island.
Day 6: Full-day Pokhara Sightseeing Tour
Visit Davis Falls and Gupteshwor Cave featuring ancient formations and an underground waterfall. Hike to World Peace Pagoda for panoramic views, then explore dramatic Seti River Gorges.
Day 7: Fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu
After breakfast, relax or explore Pokhara further before your flight back to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel and evening free for leisure.
Day 8: Departure from Kathmandu
Enjoy your last morning with breakfast and optional sightseeing or shopping. Transfer to the airport for your international flight, taking memories of Nepal’s culture and nature with you.
